Meet Andrew

My name is Andrew Keller-Bradshaw, and I’ve been a hairstylist for over 20 years. For me, hair has never just been about the cut or the color—it’s about helping people feel confident, stylish, and completely themselves. I built my career on making clients laugh in the chair while making sure they leave loving the way they look. There’s nothing better than seeing someone walk out with a little extra pep in their step because of a great hairstyle.

I’m the former owner of Carol and Betty’s, a pink-retro Atlanta salon I named after my grandmothers. That shop was full of personality, vintage charm, and good energy—just like me. I’ve always believed a salon should feel like a place where you can relax, be yourself, and maybe even gossip while you’re getting your highlights refreshed.

Born and raised in Atlanta, I’m proud to call this city home and to have built lasting relationships with generations of clients here. People often tell me they come back not just for the hair but for the laughs, the stories, and the way I make them feel comfortable. I’m quirky, I don’t take myself too seriously, but I take my craft very seriously—and it shows in the loyalty of my clients.

When I’m not behind the chair, you can usually find me chasing my son around, thrifting for vintage treasures, or putting up with my loving (but admittedly annoying) husband. I love anything classic, kitschy, or sentimental, and I’m always on the hunt for the next retro gem. Hair is my passion, but connecting with people and making them smile is really what it’s all about.
